How am I charged to watch the show?

Using your credit card, you purchase a block of time. That amount of time goes into your account. As you watch, our system subtracts the amount of time you watch from your account.

You do not need to use all of your time in one session -- cum and go as you please...when you run out of time simply buy another block of time.

At what times do the shows start?

You can watch SexPlanet 24 hours a day.

How long is each show?

Each show lasts about 10-15 minutes and then you can see a new girl, lesbian couple, or hot duos.

Do I have to have a credit card to buy time?

Yes, currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and now JCB!

Under what name will the charges appear on my credit card?

The charge will appear as "DMR" on your credit card statement.

Do you continue to bill my credit card?

No. You only get charged for the block of time that you select. We will not re-bill your credit card.

Why don't you accept my credit card?

There are several reasons why your credit card might not be accepted.

1. You may have entered data incorrectly. Please don't put spaces in between the numbers when you enter your credit card number. Also, check to make sure your expiration date is correct.

2. You may have exceeded the limit on your credit card.

How do you protect my personal data?

All your data, including the credit card data will NEVER be revealed to third parties.

Is SexPlanet compatible with all browsers?

Yes it is! The good news is, you don't need anything else. Just come on in!

Can I use AOL or Web TV?

The AOL default browser is Internet Explorer, and it will work.

Each WEB TV product uses a different browser. If your product uses Netscape 2.0 or greater, or Internet Explorer, then you can see the SexPlanet show. If you do not know which browser your WEB TV uses, or if you want to upgrade your WEB TV product, contact your WEB TV supplier.

Will you give me a FREE account to try it out?

Sorry, but we don't give out free accounts. We don't want to mistakenly give one out to a minor. A purchase of time with a credit card ensures you are of age and that we don't break any laws. But you can try out the show for as little as $19.95

How do I stop the time counter?

Please note that the time counter stops only if you click to another web page or if you close netscape, and NOT if you simply minimize the show window.

How do I check my remaining time?

The Time Counter is located on the right hand side of the Chat Box, while you are watching the SEX PLANET SHOW.

How do I enable JAVA on Netscape?

Netscape Communicator 4.0:

Click on the "Edit" pulldown menu
Select "Preferences"
Click on the Category "Advanced"
